New Year's Eve | 2025

Le Cavalier invites you to welcome the New Year with an elevated three-course celebration menu, crafted with abundant choices to suit every appetite.  

Begin the evening with indulgent starters such as a chilled Lobster Cocktail with sauce Louie or delicately Coddled Oysters paired with potato, country ham, and cream.  

For the main course, enjoy refined takes on timeless classics—think Salmon en Croûte with spinach and a luxurious caviar beurre blanc, or a richly comforting Beef Bourguignon Pot Pie.

A curated selection of supplemental wine and beverage pairings will also be available.

Seating times and menu prices:

First seating times: 5;30pm - 6:30pm | $85 per person.

Main seating: 7:15PM - 8:15pm | $95 per person, including champagne toast.  

Gratuity is additional for both seating times.
