JUNE 30 — Farm Dinner at SIW Vegetable

We’re bringing the brasserie to the farm! Le Cav will be popping up at the SIW Vegetable farm in Chadds Ford on June 30 as a part of their “Field to Fork” dinner series. Chef-Partner Tyler Akin will be serving a robust seasonal menu including Socca (Provençal chickpea bread) with Meyer Lemon crème fraîche and trout roe, Chanterais Melon with bigorra ham, Spaghetti alla Nerano featuring local zucchini and Bavette Steak with Alsatian potatoes. The dinner will benefit benefiting the Central Baptist Development Corporation and their 10th and Lombard Project.
