Mother's Day

On Sunday, May 9th, Le Cav will host Mother’s Day brunch and supper from 10am - 5pm. A three-course, prix-fixe menu features the best of the season — think Ricotta Tarts with English peas, melted leeks, ramps; French Toast  with Strawberry-rhubarb conserva, brown butter creme Chantilly, maple syrup and Petit Fours that include blueberry clafoutis, éclairs, lemon meringue tartelettes. $60 per adult; $25 for children under 10.

Mother’s Day Brunch + Supper

Starters / Choose One:

  • Pain au Singe – Monkey bread with buttercream icing
  • Ricotta Tart – English peas, melted leeks, ramps 
  • Salade du Moment – Mâche & watercress,  mushrooms, green garlic buttermilk vinaigrette, crispy potatoes
  • Little Gem Caesar – Avocado, lemon-garlic croutons, anchoiade
  • Soupe a l’Oignon – French onion soup, gruyère, comté, raclette
  • Shrimp Cocktail – Harissa cocktail sauce, berbere shrimp aioli (+$10 supplement)
  • Crab Cake – Béarnaise, frisee, dill, fresh chickpeas (+$10 supplement)

Entrees / Choose One (all served with herbes de Provence potatoes):

  • French Toast – Strawberry-rhubarb conserva, brown butter creme Chantilly, maple syrup
  • Eggs Benedict – English muffin, poached eggs, Bayonne ham, sauce choron
  • Cheeseburger – Prime blend, raclette, pickled green tomato, remoulade, frites
  • Chicken Provencal – Half Green Circle Chicken, roasted shallot, olives, vermouth, herbes de Provence, Camargue red rice
  • Whole Branzino – Blistered herbs, Calabrian chili, pistachio dukkah (+$10 supplement)
  • Steak and Eggs –  Seven Hills Farm bavette, two eggs (+$10 supplement)

Dessert for the Table:

  • Petit Fours – blueberry clafoutis, éclairs, lemon meringue tartelettes
