This year come enjoy dinner at Le Cavalier with your loved one for Valentine's Day. Indulge in our three-course menu, starting with dishes like Oysters and Caviar with preserved meyer lemon, Foie Gras French Toast, and Lobster Newberg. Main dishes include Halibut with lentils and pomegranate beurre blanc, Strip Steak with pommes lyonnaise and Tuna Choron with fingerling potatoes. End the evening with Frozen Chocolate Souffle with warm cherry anglaise.
