On Sunday, April 9th, Le Cavalier will host Easter Sunday brunch. A four-course, prix-fixe menu featuring the best of the season — start with a basket of brunch pastries and breads. Move on to dishes such as Smoked salmon with chive crème fraiche; Brioche French toast, cinnamon whipped cream and warm maple syrup; Skate wing amandine with brown butter and sauteed greens and a selection of Provencal-style omelets. Finish with selections of warm madeleines, chocolate tarts and house made sorbet.
