This 5-course tasting menu dinner's theme is late summer produce, which includes wine pairings. We are excited to partner with SIW Vegetable Farm, and feature wines from Swigg Bottle Shop and Ouro Wines.

The price is $175pp inclusive of gratuity.

ABOUT OUR PARTNERS:

Swigg is a curated bottle shop that celebrates wines from family farms and independent producers. We believe wine should come from a “place” and represent the land and people from which it was produced. Our guiding philosophy on wine also extends to our generous offering of artisanal spirits, beer, cheese and chocolate. 

Ouro Wines is a supplier of artisan-made wines to the state of Delaware, owned and operated by Sam Anderson. Sam draws on his 14+ years as a Beverage Director and Sommelier in Michelin-starred and James Beard Award-winning restaurants in New York City. His mission is to contribute to his adopted home state of Delaware by bringing wines of purity and place to the dining and culinary community.
